The policy for pro bono assignments considers:
- The availability of the professional assigned to handle the case.
- The type of issue involved. Special consideration is given to those cases whose resolution may have a positive social impact. In other words, we consider not only the material justice of the particular case, but also whether AGG’s eventual solution of the case may achieve a multiplicative or expansive effect.
- The difficulty and novelty of the issue or problem, for AGG, but also for society.
